Trust and transparency

Editorial and testing policy

This policy explains how NexxiqAI evaluates product claims and publishes creator resources. Last reviewed: 16 October 2026.

Evidence before claims

A capability is described as available only when the current product behaviour or implementation supports it. Conditional features are labelled as conditional, and unverified promises are not published as facts.

Useful, original explanations

Guides must add practical value through tested workflows, transparent calculations, examples, limitations, or first-party observations. We do not publish large batches of near-duplicate pages for keyword coverage.

Responsible media use

Instructions distinguish public access from permission to copy. Articles and tools remind readers to use their own media, authorised content, or material covered by an appropriate licence or legal exception.

Corrections stay visible in the product

When a platform change or a test contradicts a published claim, the page is updated or the claim is removed. Material corrections also update the page review date.

Review checklist

  1. Confirm that the page answers a real creator or editor question.
  2. Check calculations, examples, links, and technical terminology.
  3. Separate observed behaviour from estimates, assumptions, and future plans.
  4. State important platform, privacy, copyright, and availability limitations.
  5. Verify that titles, descriptions, structured data, and visible text describe the same content.

Request a correction

Include the affected page, the statement you believe is incorrect, and any reproducible evidence. Platform availability can change quickly, so a public example URL is helpful when it is safe and authorised to share.
